We use the best quality materials for our residential re-roofing jobs. Our shingles are manufactured in Canada by IKO/CRC Industries Ltd., a Canadian-owned company. Shingles come in a variety of colours, textures and designs.
We offer our customers shingle warranties that range from 30 to 50 years, depending on the shingle choice. This includes the manufacturer's warranty.
All of our re-roofing jobs include stripping, re-shingling and installation of new valleys, vents and flashing where necessary. New plywood is installed if original boards are noticed to be damaged or rotted.
