Berkhof’s Roofing is owned by our president, Gary Berkhof. His current primary duties involve estimating and sales. Gary’s 30 years of experience in the home improvement industry is an invaluable resource to our company. Gary is a very personable, approachable person--always looking out to serve the customer in the best way possible
Karen Berkhof
Gary's wife, Karen Berkhof, is our chief financial officer and vice president, responsible for all accounts payable, accounts receivable, government remittances, payroll, website management, and all company advertising. Karen’s 25 years of organizational expertise help keep things running smoothly behind-the-scenes.
Scott Taylor
Our roofing crews are managed by our senior foreman, Scott Taylor, who has been with our company for 20 years and whose great work ethic continues to inspire excellence.
John Bogart
John Bogart is our assistant foreman and has been with our company for 16 years. He is Scott’s right arm and his strong work ethic is most welcome and beneficial to both the firm and our customers.
Josh Melnychuk
Gary and Karen’s son-in-law, Josh Melnychuk, worked for the company for eight years as a shingler, but is now learning estimating, sales and job-pricing in his current role as projects manager. Josh earned a bachelors degree in business administration and has put it to good use for the company along with his modern cost-management outlook and educated business sense.
Caroline Berkhof
Our staff is complimented by the presence of Caroline Berkhof, daughter of Gary and Karen. Caroline is involved in the administrative responsibilities of the business as well as sales and promotion.
